Barcode Requests for Gate Access (WindStone homeowners only)

WindStone is transitioning to RFID barcodes. Complete the form below for ALL vehicles in your household .  APPROXIMATE processing time is 5 business days. Missing or inaccurate info. will cause delays. 

    When barcodes are ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification. Carefully read the email as it will contain specific directions for applying the new barcode to your vehicle's front windshield. The cost, $6 per barcode, will automatically be added to the homeowner's HOA account and appear on your next billing statement. If you have questions, contact the WRA email: [email protected] or 423-763-1953.

    *Your HOA account will be billed for gate damage caused by vehicles with barcodes listed on your household account.

Rental/Lease Request
