Gate Access (WindStone homeowners only)
WindStone is transitioning from the old barcodes to RFID decals that have a longer range and are affixed to the inside of the front windshield . The old scanners and barcodes will remain operational throughout the transition. To receive an RFID decal, complete license plate info, including state, must be provided for each vehicle. The name you list on the form will be written on the pick-up envelope.

Rental/Lease Request
Per the C&Rs, homeowners interested in leasing their property are required to first obtain approval from the WRA Board of Directors. To begin the process, complete and submit a rental request form to the WRA Business Manager ([email protected]).
